G-G PathNet: A Visualization Tool for Disease-Related GPCR Interaction Networks

Overview of the Home Page

On the home page of G-G PathNet, you can easily search and view changes in interactions associated with the expression variation of G-protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) related to diseases. You can quickly check the relevant GPCR network by selecting a disease from the dropdown menu categorized by tissue or by entering the disease name in the search bar.

Main Features of the Home Page

• Dropdown Menu: Select a disease name categorized by tissue to view the associated GPCR network.
• Network Display by Disease: Clicking on a disease name will display the GPCR interaction network related to that disease.
• Search Function: Enter a disease name in the search bar and select from the suggestions to view the network.

Interaction Pairs Used

The predicted interaction pairs used in this tool are based on predictions made by GGIP.
